Project Manager (Integration Site Manager)- Manage and provide strategic direction, to both the Prime Contractor (Ledcor), and internal Harris technicians, as they construct install the LMR sites throughout Alberta Canada, to achieve department goals for customer satisfaction, revenue, and gross margin goals of the program.- Responsible for managing cost, schedule, and technical performance requirements of program teams through all phases from inception to completion (e.g., proposal review, planning, scheduling, installation, system acceptance, etc) for the 124 out of 323 sites that I was assigned in the network.- Review and influence site bids/proposals opportunities and program changes to ensure proposed solutions meet requirements for feasibility of implementation and profitability.-Provide innovative solutions to resolve difficult customer challenges for each site.- Collaborate with senior level business and technical resources to ensure that the strategy, planning and delivery approach will achieve the desired end results.Implementation Systems Specialist- Inside Plant (ISP), design and layout of equipment configurations for new and collocate shelters to achieve consistent implementation of the communications network. This includes preparing drawings (Visio), statements of work, selection and communication of best implementation practices for 161 of 323 sites. This would include but not be limited to equipment selection, rack-ups, mechanical support, alarming, application of AC & DC power and grounding standards.- Responsible for designing, developing, and implementing integration plans and implementation procedures for hardware, software and facilities.- Work directly with customers, sales team, program management, and product engineering teams as well as preparing and presenting technical presentations and status reviews.
