CurrentEnabling the agency to empower our clients to impact the global marketplace through systems architecture, implementation, support, and understanding their business and customers.►Objectives• Enable - Continually evaluate technology and methodologies to expand capabilities• Protect - Assess and navigate the risks of the existing state and proposed implementations• Orchestrate, integrate, extend - Automate systems and processes preferring declarative state tools (Salt, Terraform, SCIM)• Reflect - Recognize technical debt, perform retrospectives, analyze, learn, and plan• Advance - Forget the box exists and draw a new box where needed►Responsibilities• Guide daily IT operations• Evaluate, test, and implement systems and technologies which fit agency and client needs• Advise and assist development teams on client projects and products►Accomplishments• Adapted environment and processes from an on-premise to a fully remote to a hybrid workforce without employee downtime or interruption• Implemented SAML, SCIM, and MFA across major systems• Centralized purchasing, ownership, and management of IT assets and services• Transitioned all roles and responsibilities from previous manager of IT, left vacant after exit
