Responsible of Design, Implementing and Improving Supply Chain programs for 4 Productive Plants and 1 Distribution Center, including remote support to Uruguay and Bulgaria Plants Supply Chain development and follow up; implementations includes greenfield projects implementation, sales and operation planning, master planning, purchasing, material disposition for local and overseas materials, SAP Development, customs trade and compliance, transportation and inventory management operations for the Corporation. Responsibilities mainly supported with Supply Chain KPIs such Logistic Cost, On Time Delivery, P&L accountability, Production Program Accuracy and Achievement, Sales & Forecast Accuracy and Lean Manufacturing Improvements.Direct staff reporting: 6 people performing as 4 logistics managers, 1 customs manager and 1 distribution center manager. 92 Indirect people along branches reporting into supply chain cost centers.

Responsible to establish a strategy for logistics with the aim of developing a team capable of meeting the changing needs of the customer and group logistics performance improvement expectations.Function with adherence to standard work, including best practices sharing between sites and the execution of the Lean Management System. Responsible to lead a Logistics Team with materials disposition, warehousing and shipping in a Just In Sequence environment (Tier 1), main challenges oriented to SAP MM and WMS modules introduction, lean management tools implementation and OEM full service attendance. Experience gained on use of logistics technologies such RFID, EDI and Optical Inventory Control Resources. .
