Worked on a B2B project to improve user experiences for Amazon's partner network. Aligned business and research objectives with stakeholders, designed market and user research plan, led customer journey and segmentation efforts, planned and moderated lab usability and focus groups, designed and programmed surveys, conducted heuristic evaluation, analyzed findings and provided recommendations to the team for improvements to the software in development. Also assisted UX designers with information architecture and UI design improvements based on user feedback.

I worked on the engine for SM2, a social media listening platform, by performing research in target verticals (technology, games, entertainment, food/beverage, healthcare), defining customer purchasing and advocacy journeys, and building research-informed queries for real-time data mining. In addition, I developed content and graphics related to social intelligence and customer experience, and performed social media analysis and reporting for client projects.

Using a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods, but with a particular focus on deep insights gained from traditional and virtual ethnographic work, I designed, pitched and conducted cross-cultural research projects aimed at illuminating and developing user and customer experiences.
