Coordinated with project managers, producers, IT operations, and QA lead to deliver pre-alpha releases of a multi-player online video game. Supported Agile practices for the delivery of the ACE Website, Online Store, and Platform. Worked with Executives to establish Roadmap priorities. Tracked and Reported milestone status weekly. Implemented processes when needed - such as, the localization pipeline for the website. Release Manager for game publishes. Worked with leads to review player feedback, assess data, and implement learnings. Built feature backlogs which involves gathering requirements from Design Documents, UI/UX Mocks, Technical Specs, and Test Plans.

Scrum Master, Agile Product Owner, and Project Manager for several initiatives. Built and managed a backlog of compliance and regularity changes. Worked with a team of 12 to deliver the next generation of the Netspend mobile apps. Worked directly with 2 teams of 6 and interfaced with many other teams to deliver a new banking solution for a Partner that involved porting almost the entire API suite from SOAP to REST.

Delivered financial and health insurance mobile apps on both Android and IOS. Helped deliver and maintain 7 apps in the Google and Apple stores. Helped establish several development teams as the needs of the studio grew. Coordinated the delivery of public game demos. Ran public beta test. Managed the PMO which supported all non-game business units such as CS, IT OPS, and Platform. Managed an outsourced team of 6 Java developers and 2 QA engineers from Sperasoft Consulting in St. Petersburg, Russia. Delivered online dashboards for monitoring the Star Wars MMO service. Delivered the mobile security key app to both iTunes and Google Play Store. Program Coordinator and Release Manager for pre-order and subscription service launches. Worked with release management software to detail out the release components, dependencies and schedule. Central point of contact for NOC, OPS, Marketing, EA and SWTOR engineering.

Manager responsible for Windows Integration which produced over $250 million dollars in software sales annually. Dell’s Executive sponsor for Microsoft which duties included hosting quarterly reviews and advocating for Microsoft within Dell. Lead 3 engineering teams that support the integration and certification of Windows on Servers, Desktops, and Notebooks. Established a team in India of 8 people who took over Windows testing. Managed the team which delivered Windows and Intel certifications for all divisions of the company. Certifications had to be on time to ensure no product launches were blocked. The team never missed a deadline.

Black Belt for the Industry Standard Server Division (ISSD), taught green belt classes, black belt mentor, and was a member of the customer escalation team. Lead a team to design and develop a hardware ordering system. Promoted to Master Black Belts. Dotted line managed a worldwide team of 11 black belts. Team drove over $25 million in savings yearly for the division.
