Client Relationship Administrator, Superfund Distribution and Investment, Grenada 2013-2016As the Client Relationship Administrator, my main role was working on the back end, receiving client files, recording them in both hard and soft copies. I also performed due diligence against the company and investors who Superfund conducted business using World Check. During that three year period I was awarded additional responsibility providing assistance to the Latin American clients. My duties included preparation of the commission statements, communication via the phone and email and fulfilling redemption request. I was able to help clients with their request and resolve any issues that arose. I was only able to achieve such success through effective communication and working with my supervisors and colleagues.

Introduced customers to new devices and held group sessions with a maximum of 5 individuals to assist them set up their devices. I created brand promoters by providing professional service to customers, collaborating with different departments to provide the solutions that best suited their needs.
