Lisa brings over 10+ years of account management consulting experience. Since starting with The Chapman Group in 2003, Lisa has served several roles including analyst, project manager, senior consultant and was most recently appointed as a Managing Partner and the Director of TCG’s SAM Program in 2012. As part of TCG’s SAM program, Lisa has been the Project Leader and/or SAM on global Account Management and Joint and Balanced Scorecard initiatives.
