After four years at the École normale supérieure where I was trained in bioinformatics (IMALIS) and human pathophysiology (SU), I am now pursuing a PhD in bioinformatics at the Institut Curie under the supervision of Florence Cavalli and Emmanuel Barillot. I am particularly interested in the transcriptomic signatures of cancers and the use of innovative methods such as spatial transcriptomics to characterize the tumor microenvironment.
