Current• As the P&L owner and leader of the Coupons Business Unit for Europe, directed a team of over 70 full-time employees and 70 external staff from agencies in India and Tunisia. Managed partnerships with more than 10 major media organizations, including MailOnline (UK), the Burda group (Germany), El País and El Mundo (Spain), and L'Express and Ouest-France (France). Oversaw 32 partnerships across Europe, driving 13 million visits and generating 100 million Euros in GMV for collaborating shops monthly.• Led automation of voucher creation, expiration management, and standard operating procedures, enhancing operational efficiency and reducing manual efforts. Designed and implemented SEO control systems to ensure adherence to rules and boost performance. Developed and executed Operations Planning processes, OKRs, and roadmaps, aligning with company goals.• Collaborated with product teams to establish the Connect Tribe’s product strategy and set global KPIs, ensuring effective tracking and benchmarking. Harmonized global domain clusters with local strategies, optimizing operations and achieving significant results.• Introduced a career development plan, defined competitive benefits and salaries, and used NPS to gauge and improve employee satisfaction. Rolled out the GSG Operating Model in the region, fostering the development of new Country Managers and cross-functional roles. Revamped Operations and Commercial team objectives, implemented local ROI and Operational Excellence KPIs, managed content quality and conversion KPIs, and developed roadmaps with senior leadership.• Integrated iGraal and Shoop seamlessly, established new SOPs, and ensured smooth transitions. Expanded the content portfolio by scaling new content types, such as Savings Articles. Contributed to the launch of Global Business Operations with a focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement.
