I work as the Subject Matter Expert over all Events focused promotions. Experiential marketing is a fast growing space as consumers continue to crave interaction with the brands they know and trust. As a SME I work to strategize with our clients to find the best possible ways to implement Events, and we find other promotional spend tactics to best amplify the event or experience. My goals are to help discover and solve for the clients biggest pain points based on their initiatives. Pep is the company who the client can count on to be objective and help ideate around a vision, then we help them find the best vendor who will ensure we hit the two biggest goals the event design vision, while staying within budget. Internally at pep my goals are to better the team so we can serve our clients in the best way possible. My team focuses on bettering current processes that can be analyzed and improved, maintaining current practices that are as optimized as possible, vetting and working with suppliers, and training our team to be able to manage projects in the experiential space.

Project management and procurement for P&G brand marketing campaigns. Previously my primarily focus was on baby, family, and feminine care products. Personally the promotion types I managed ranged from print to digital sweepstakes to sampling executions. Currently I oversee all promotions falling under the Event category for P&G. We manage trade show set ups, brand sales meetings and road shows, and experiential marketing promotions that reach the consumer. I act as the Subject Matter Expert for Events. As Marketing Campaign Project Managers we work to see the program through from start to finish, we handle the detail work required to vet suppliers, and then execute the promotion.

As a brand activation manager I work with Anheuser Busch products focused in 55 on premise accounts (bars and restaurants) throughout the city of Chattanooga. My role includes many different functions within the industry, I help my account reps sell in new products, gain new tap placements, and acquire price specials. It is then also my responsibility to create promotions and attend activations to help my accounts reach the consumers in their establishment. I have the ability to create my own promotions, giveaways, and price specials. However, I am also the one responsible for carrying out Anheuser Busch marketing campaigns within my market. I am, in essence, the last link from AB to my accounts/customers and also to the consumers. With many sales and distribution goals set by Anheuser Busch and also our Wholesaler it is my responsibility to ensure our sales team is meeting those goals in a timely manner and that we have the market support to successfully achieve the goals set fourth.

Worked in the three tier system as the wholesaler to provide both Anheuser Busch products and an expansive craft beer portfolio. I personally serviced almost 100 bars, restaurants, and liquor store accounts on a weekly basis. This requires placing orders on a weekly basis based on inventory, new products constantly entering the market, and forecasting for events and consumer usage over the next week. Product management is imperative to be able to describe different brands. Relationship building is also incredibly important when supplying a large portion of an establishment's livelihood.
