I find nothing more exciting and satisfying than bringing amazing ideas to life and to market.My current project, Xeno Park, merges my love of startups and creating great user experiences with my personal love of the desert. We are creating a veritable oasis, on private land, surrounded by the stunning Mojave National Preserve in the California desert - less than one hour from Las Vegas. Desert tourism has been booming in recent years, and has only accelerated since the pandemic - with more folks than ever choosing to be outdoors and "naturally" distanced.Prior, I was one of the pioneers in the digital signage/digital media industry having founded AdSpace Networks in 1998 and creating the CoolSign software suite. AdSpace is now the world's largest digital mall advertising company. CoolSign is now a part of Haivision and provides a comprehensive yet easy-to-use software suite for digital signage applications of all types.I have helped develop and operate many digital networks. At Titan Worldwide (now part of Intersection) we deployed signs across the CTA rail and bus systems as well as in trains in NYC with MetroNorth and LIRR. Also was key advertising/signage consultant on the MTA's new Fulton Street Transit Center now under construction downtown Manhattan. As an independent consultant, I led the design of the Pentagon's InfoNet signage network, providing informational and force protection messaging in the public areas.
