Bona manufacturers and provides lifetime support for hardwood floors. This includes Retail Floorcare products, waterborne and oil-modified Finishes for Professional use, and Paint for gym floor applications.I am responsible for the quality of production batches made at the Monroe site and the filling of product by off site toll vendors. I also support custom paint blending for our customers as well as quality of sport finishes manufactured at our Pueblo site.I support R&D and Supply Chain by testing new products, including the packaging and labels.

-Responsible for organizing line trials and completing data analysis for new raw materials, equipment, and end products utilizing the DMIAC process. -Develop and administer QA policies through written procedures and training. -Supervise 3 QC Auditor/Technicians that support Production and Customer Service. -Handled over 50 test runs through the plant this year and completed Six Sigma analysis using hypothesis testing and ANOVA-Completed Gage R&R studies on 5 measurement systems in the plant to understand measurement variation.-Responsible for implementation of CMM technology resulting in a 99% decrease in measurement error for board profiling.-Implemented a color measurement device with variable data output that can be controlled to reduce run variation and rejections as well as prevent over adjustments.-Coordinated over 70 new product introductions by developing manufacturing specifications for desired styling techniques. -Set up quality and audit system for successful launch of off site product treatment of 10 new product styles. -Achieved Forest Stewardship Council certification for the plant through employee training and document management to demonstrate environmental consciousness.
