Operations processes at Primerica Canada are extremely complex while flexible. These are run by a highly experienced and very well coordinated team. I am involved in different core life operations processes, by providing insights, improvements, monitoring performance or extracting and transferring knowledge. I work closely with Underwriting, Platinum, New Business and Customer Service.

UGround Global, is a low code, saas, digital transformation applications platform. I was hired to develop marketing and sales strategy. I was part of the executive committe, contributing to the company business strategy, corporate relations and rebranding. I develop partnership onboarding plan and product-marketing campaigns.

I launch this marketing distribution insurance agency startup as partner and managing director. It's based on a sophisticated proprietary salesforce platform. We built a net of 1000 agents, 200 sales reps and 6 franchises distributed across the country. I develop an engagement strategy when online communications barely existed and people was not educated to “connect”. I used WhatsApp, Facebook, Webex, media coverage, email marketing to reinforce offline events, workshops.. I designed a “personal finance” mobile app and co-wrote a personal finances book with more than 50,000 downloads.It was not a business success but a bold attempt of creating something big.

I joined Pioneer investments (later bought by Amundi) to develop the PR strategy to increase market share. It was 2005, mutual fund markets were starting an unparalleled growing period. At that time less than 10% of funds were managed by international asset managers. The top players had set up sales offices in Spain. I am specially proud of the creation of the Pioneer Investments Financial Journalistic Award. It significantly increased brand awareness in the sector and financial media coverage, with the participation of over 200 financial journalists.

In 2000 Citi merged Salomon Smith Barney with Schroders Plc, creating a leading pan-European investment bank. The company set up a PA office in Madrid to handle 360 corporate communications and give support to all businesses (consumer, corporate, investment, private banking). This opportunity came after some summer internships at Citi in Belgium, UK and Germany. It was my first full time position and it was a dream job.
