Indie games are often overlooked and under-represented in the gaming industry. My audience consists of people who prefer a multitude of genres such as strategy, deck-building, turn-based, adventure, bullet hell, and/or character progressive stories. I help to provide a "first-look" live streaming experience with thoughtful and constructive insights on gameplay, game mechanics, accessibility, etc. during a scheduled live stream event. I'd love for indie streamers and indie publishing houses to come together and collaborate toward bringing the indie industry more visibility. I've been streaming on Twitch since 2015 and recently streamlined specifically towards indie content 5years ago. I'm quite familiar with the ins and outs of the gaming community and am very proud of the brand I've built focusing exclusively on indie titles.I'm also the mother of 2 beautiful girls, one of whom was recently diagnosed with Thyroid Papillary Carcinoma on January 16th, 2023. This is a rare, but known side-effect found in children who have received full-body radiation when they were younger (she had a rare type of LGL Leukemia when she was 4).We've been traveling back and forth from North Carolina to the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee since January 23rd to receive ongoing care. She has since undergone a complete Thyroidectomy on February 7th in which a 7cm solid tumor was removed.She recently received radioactive iodine therapy in August and after our most recent appointment in November have learned that her tumors are stable.
