Working with Dr. Joseph Stemple, CCC-SLP, ASHAF and Dr. Daniel Croake, M.M., CCC-SLP as well as other professionals in a large study regarding the dynamic contributions of respiration, phonation, and resonance in normal voice production. The position required knowledge of MATLAB and PRAAT to interpret various types of data as well as assist in the administration of assessments to subjects.

Club Z pairs tutors with students struggling in various areas (from arts and humanities to test preparation such as GRE and ACT) and allows tutors to show them that they can succeed academically and may even come to enjoy education. Seeing students, families, and teachers celebrate better grades, higher test scores, saved scholarships, and a healthier self-confidence kept me energized about this opportunity.
