- Responsible for building and maintaining several data ingestion pipelines, in addition to their general ops (interfacing with media partners, pre-processing and ingestion of data, and business mapping and validation).- Interfaced with our business and platform teams to automate the production of saturation curves used by our media marketing teams for planning. With latest push we've eliminated the need for BT labor in what used to be a mostly manual process. Additionally I've worked with our EU business and engineering/data-science teams to support creation of saturation curves for those markets.- I have been leading the push to move data ingestion from a quarterly to a continuous exercise by POC-ing and productionizing our first API integration pipelines. For additional integrations I've planned work and managed contract engineers for implementation. - Introduced some standards and practices during our push to improve test coverage as we went from 36% to 57%.

Qcoh is a data analytics consultancy that I co-founded in 2015 to provide expert statistical analysis and data modeling to non-profits. I have consulted with domain experts to ascertain the project goals, motivations, and difficulties confronting them and with business teams to ascertain the relevant business metrics driving the decisions informed by our analyses. At Qcoh I've designed and analyzed A/B tests to drive user engagement and donations. Modeled instability among networks of developing nations to inform the routing of development funding. And generated content to describe our work.

In 2020, I rebuilt our BI data infrastructure to utilize DBT as our scheduler/processor, a Fivetran/AWS-Lambda based extraction pattern, and Sigma as a BI tool; moving us away from a strictly Airflow/Tableau shop. I implemented LTV models and customer segments for our various platforms. I also spent time with business partners consulting and educating their teams to use our BI platform and tools to develop metrics important to them and reporting that tracked it, in addition to doing much of this myself for leadership.
