 Led the production and PPC team (45 employees) with full compliance with the HSE and housekeeping goals; Optimized production processes through close monitoring of manufacturing events; Responsible for the commissioning and startup of the fatty acid processing unit and 90m³ reactor for transesterification, resulting in an increase in production capacity from 160 t/day to 270 t/day; Improved the control of stock levels of raw materials and monthly inventory; Led the production group in the implementation of ISO 9001/14001 and OSHAS 18001.

 Performed prospecting and customers engagement in the chemical industrial segment of São Paulo state (ex capital city); Responsible for service sales, management and conducting the entire recruitment and selection process.

 Supported the production manager at the Phenol, Cyclohexanol and Bisphenol units, analyzing deviations and proposing corrective measures; Responsible for short term studies / modifications and for continuous monitoring of manufacturing events; Represented manufacturing in groups of process improvements and projects to increase capacity / new units; Coordinated process safety studies; Carried out the valuation of exhausted Ni-Raney catalyst, through product reassessment and prospecting alternative customers, with a gain of KUSD 250.00 / year; Represented production in the design and implementation of phenol recovery projects at the Bisphenol unit and hydrogen recycling at the Cyclohexanol unit with gains of KUSD 350 / year; Coordinated the replacement of the catalytic combustion catalyst at the Bisphenol unit with a KUSD 20 gain in the first year; Performed HAZOP (process safety study) in bisphenol and phenol units.

 Carried out development of new products and raw materials, focusing on cost reduction and process optimization, with cost reduction of ~KBRL 250 in one year;; Performed technical studies and participated in the start-up of the Schincariol-Manaus unit of concentrates; Led for corporate technical assistance and legal adequacy of non-alcoholic products, audit in the plants; Key user of the quality module when implementing SAP - R / 3.
