Participate in activities such as test case creation and in-depth data analysis to pinpoint root causes of production defects and issues of the web based financial and accounting system being developed and delivered to clients. • Plan and execute functional and regression tests to uncover defects and ensure quality prior to releasing new functionality to production • Continuously interact with the development team, in order to meet deadlines in the fast-paced and flexible Agile environment • Utilize SQL to create ad-hoc reports to provide internal Billhighway departments and external clients the data they require in their jobs • Provide second level support to internal and external users, resolving a wide array of issues in a timely manner to ensure internal productivity is minimally affected and that customer satisfaction is maintained

I held varying position during my 15 years of employment with EDS. My most recent postion was as a Software Tester in which I conducted performance and functional testing for a variety of different applications. I have over eight years of experience of conducting tests encompassing all stages of testing from pursuit to planning to testing to anyzing results and reporting. I've worked closely with clients during all these phases. The bulk of my experience is with the Mercury Interactive suite of testing tools, including LoadRunner and Test Director. I've also used the Compuware tools QA Load and QAAnylzer. Other positions I've held during my employement with EDS include System Engineer, ViewStar System Administrator, Chevrolet and Buick Customer Assistance Center technical support, team manager and customer service representative. Professionally, I've accepted new chanllenges which have allowed me to grow and develop several skill sets.
