I have pioneered several technology innovations: I crafted and patented the highest-power public safety LTE cellular modem solution that extends the range of connectivity by more than double what is otherwise available in the market. I cultivated and launched a fleet service leveraging the initial two-way radio to smartphone integration with location tracking and a full live dispatch console connected by simply using a web browser to a cloud-based service. I delivered the first commercial voice-over frame-relay media gateway that led to the first Voice-over IP (VoIP) commercial module licensed and used in Cisco routers.
