- Organize the software development team and managing the development process of software project - Analyze, design and develop software applications - Process client’s requests, feedbacks and assign tasks accordingly - Help clients in technical support - Direct, guide and train team members on technologies that will be used on software development projects. - Self-train on new technologies and features of useful software - Plan/manage/verify training performed by team members. - Produce activity reports for all operations of the team. - Guide and train team members on software development & other supporting processes utilized by the company.

- Write software programs, including design, program, test & write technical documentation - Program applications in compliance with established coding quality standard of the company - Management of assigned internal and external developments - Process the client's requests, feedback and fix the bugs - Help the clients in technical support - To self-train on new technology and new features of useful software - Help the Project Manager in Software Development Projects (testing, assisting) - Make research and development (finding solution for difficult issues, studying new software, reading technical articles, searching new development environment...) - Perform other tasks assigned by the Project Manager - To attend all regular meetings related to production.
