Candid’s Equitable Access team is responsible for identifying and addressing barriers that historically underrepresented groups may face in accessing funding and other resources. The Equitable Access team collaborates with Candid's partner organizations, including foundations, libraries, philanthropy serving organizations, and others, to empower nonprofits with our tools and resources and delivers Candid's public education programs.As Educational Programming Manager, I deliver valuable learning experiences designed to help people build their skills and fulfill Candid’s mission of getting people the information they need to do good. I also contribute subject matter expertise toward the development of innovative solutions designed to addressing systemic barriers preventing under-represented organizations from accessing funding commensurate with their need.
