Girls Travel Lacrosse Club, Purpose to improve players skills and provide them oppportunties to play with other players from the area and compete against teams from all over the country.

Responsible for the the synchronization of 7 hardware divisions in supporting the equipping, funding, fielding and requirements processes. Oversee the integration of actions to ensure all actions provided to senior leaders is coordinated.

Duties: Provided strategic through tactical leadership for a $15B security assistance program between the U.S. Army and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Coached, mentored, and provided training oversight of 2 Regional Headquarters, 10 motorized/light infantry brigades of the Saudi Arabia National Guards (SANG) full-time 125,000 man security force along with their National Headquarters, Military Schools Command, and supporting combat/combat service support assets. Advised senior leadership on the development and oversight of battle-focused training initiatives to enhance unit readiness through training support teams. Provided acquisition strategies, procurement advice on all training devices and simulations. Provided oversight, management, and evaluation of the training support services contract consisting of 500 man institutional/unit training division. Supervised 45 field grade officers, 7 senior NCOs, 8 DoD civilians, and 11 Third Country Nationals. Coordinated with U S State Department officials for the training and education support of SANG Officers.
