As incoming internships department manager, I took care of the Incoming Global Community Development Program area – incoming short-term internships in the new local committee of AIESEC CUNI Praha, based at Charles University in Prague. We implemented a new project (EDISON) at our local committee, accepted 11 different trainees at two SPEAK! and one EDISON realizations, and built a strong pipeline, while establishing the local committee. The reach of the projects was pupils of 5 different primary and secondary schools and dozens of students of the Charles University.

I took part in preparation of a 350+ delegates, four-day conference. My work covered mainly finding rental of and preparing audiovisual hardware and technological stuff in general, such as beamers, printers, spotlights, screens, or speakers. You could say that if it had cables or batteries, it was my responsibility.At the actual conference I was setting it up on-site and supervising plenary sessions, and providing technical and IT support, such as finding a way for automated generation of delegates' name tags with individual agendas out of an Excel sheet, or helping presenters with their laptops.

Main focus was on information (and specifically knowledge) management. I started implementing a new knowledge base system into the organization, and while working on it I was trying to improve (and simplify) the organization's processes. I also delivered IT training sessions.

Led a team that takes care of longer-term interns at different companies in Prague and surroundings, brought here by AIESEC Praha for an corporate internship (we call them trainees internally).This included:- handling the immigration process (assistance with work permits, visa, ...)- organization of events for foreign interns, both training and leisure time activities to fully understand the local culture,- finding a local buddy (Czech university student) for interns to help them around (especially to acclimatize here after arrival),- housing management for interns- and other interesting legal, operative and leisure activities related to our interns.

Transformed from EDISON Social. Leading team of 5 people preparing 6-week project for 8 trainees from around the world giving cultural education and organizing Global Villages in various places, e.g. tearoom, People in Need workshop or Czech classes for Russian speakers.

Selection of foreign students for our project ("matching"), project selling and realization coordination. Selected five interns, sold to two schools and partially taken care of about fifteen students throughout six-week realization.

Taken care of communication with two companies, tried to restore communication with several others. Selected one student for internship in my account company.
