About Luc Hallion

Founding partner at WCS Europe and President at Coach DeltaWith more than 35 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, I held technical, sales and marketing positions in companies such as Dynatech Systems, Proteon, Newbridge Networks, BMC Software, OneAccess, Mitel and Azur Soft. In 1996, I was involved in the creation of the first French company specializing in e-commerce and computer hosting, Integra (today ITS Integra). President of the consulting firm Coach Delta and founding shareholder of WCS Europe, curious by nature, I am passionate about new societal behaviors as well as new applications and uses made possible by the evolution of technologies.
