Sleepy Hollow is a real estate investment company with 16 office buildings and nearly 1 million rentable square feet throughout the Bay Area in California. As Board Member, I am managing the sale of all of the buildings for the foreign owners and overseeing all corporate development, finance and accounting issues and closing down the holding company operations post the M&A events.

Net Value was a publicly traded internet incubator with offices in San Francisco, Boston, New York, and Philadelphia. The company went public and reached a market capitalization of >$1 billion. I joined as CFO/COO when it was approximately $50 million in market cap and was promoted to President and granted a Board Seat after about a year - continued to manage the finance function in addition to overseeing the Investment Professionals, Investor Relations and General Counsel. I reported to the CEO & Founder.- Incubated 9 technology companies- Managed a team of 26 professionals- Selected into the CS First Boston "Internet Index"- Stock increased from $1 to $38 and then successfully managed through the tech collapse
