• Implement marketing campaigns using social media and digital engagement as well as traditional marketing such as direct mail, advertisements, etc.• Develop and promote branding initiatives consistent with Y Canada and the Associations’ business goals and objectives. Ensure all products, services and other offerings conform to brand identity and support ongoing brand management efforts.• Coordinate the day-to-day activities of the annual marketing plans within campaign requirements.• Support the development and implementation of annual communication plans and marketing initiatives.• Develop and manage various campaign timelines and budgets according to annual marketing and communications plans.• Develop concepts, design and/or provide creative direction for communication and marketing materials supporting the annual plan and marketing initiatives including, advertisements, marketing campaigns, internal and external communications, newsletters, etc. Provide support and tools to management and front‐line staff that will drive sales and/or enhance service levels.

• Oversee restaurant operations for 7 staff at the Station on the Green restaurant• Scheduling, inventory, and ongoing administrative tasks

• Oversee and coordinate daily operations of the Wapiti Dorm, including 9 staff and up to 62 residents• Ongoing record keeping, including monthly, quarterly and annual reports submitted to provincial ministry and funders• Develop and maintain community relationships including inter-agency, business and community members• Help execute planning and development of Rotary House, including fundraising applications and advocacy

• Coordinate contractors, architects and engineers and property development progress of new performing arts centre • Oversee financial and budgetary tasks for six subsidiary companies• Develop and implement marketing plan and management initiatives for new venue• Train and lead employee and volunteers in preparation for new business opening
