About Linda Hart

More than 70% of change management projects fail to accomplish their goal. As a change management project leader who lives with the successful 30%, there are a number of milestones I hit to ensure success. First, I establish and communicate an evidence-based argument for change. Working with an internal diverse design team, I facilitate strategy implementation communicated as a robust project plan. Once the strategy has been tested, the successful pilot is rolled out to the entire work group with an emphasis on those work habits and feedback loops that will drive consistent implementation. Over my career I have developed both the hard and soft skills required to engage employees, develop emotionally intelligent high performing teams, resolve conflict, make data analytics friendly, embrace technology, and draw from a variety of models (Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, etc.) to ensure client fit. With this approach I have an outstanding record of accomplishments in sourcing solutions for major business problems in a wide variety of industries including Biopharmaceuticals, Engineering, Financial Services, Information Technology, Communications, and Healthcare. In all projects, I am a systems thinker dedicated to streamlining processes, creating an innovation culture, achieving operational excellence and improving customer satisfaction. Enthusiastically embracing technology, I am advanced in the use of the following software platforms: Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Project), QI Macros Excel Add-In, Power Director, Visio, SPSS, HTML, Clarity, and JavaScript. If your work environment screams the need for change, I am the one you can call on to unleash the talent and drive of your workforce as they optimize teamwork and systems design to drive the efforts toward the innovation and operational excellence required to establish and sustain market leadership.

The Cuvilly Arts and Earth Center is a ministry of the Sisters of Notre Dame de Namur and as such uses the Hallmarks of the Sisters of Notre Dame as the foundation for all programs. Specifically, Cuvilly is dedicated to modeling ecological sustainability through programs in education, agriculture and the arts. Cuvilly strives to create a space that respects all of creation in an ecological balance. All decisions are made with this guiding principle: All life is sacred and the diversity of life is essential for the well-being of the planet. Cuvilly has been serving preschool and kindergarten aged children and their families for 38 years. The Cuvilly Board, in light of the immediate threat the planet is experiencing, has decided to broaden its service to a much broader and diverse population through the Cuvilly Consortium for Ecological Justice. The Cuvilly Ecological Justice Consortium (CEJC) is an inclusive gathering of diverse individuals/ organizations who strategically cooperate to accomplish a shared outcome. Through this consortium process the expectation is that the number of participating parties will increase in the movement for ecological justice. Through community building and educational programs for all ages, the Cuvilly Ecological Justice Consortium teaches and models ecological sustainability, honoring the land and all its inhabitants. The CCEJ vision is to create a local community space welcoming to all, where people deeply reconnect to the earth and grow in their understanding that all species are interconnected and interdependent. Through this understanding, we must work together to restore and preserve the integrity of the ecology in the furtherance of one earth community. Please see cuvilly.org for more information. The Sponsor/Steering Committee needs this information in order to make decisions about the new process viability as a potential BAU (Business as Usual) protocol. Tasks/Action•Collaborate with the Metrics & Reporting Team to develop queries resulting in improved data reporting. (A primary cause of the data analytics problem is the enterprise wide inability to track end-to-end transactions.)•Clean data to generate Excel spreadsheets and workbooks with information directly related to the KPIs of the prototype process, i.e., efficiency, effectiveness, quality, and customer satisfaction ratings. •Develop tables and charts tracking the prototype performance against baseline. (Software: Excel and Excel Add-In QI Macros)•Incorporate performance metrics into PowerPoint presentations. Resolution—The Sponsor/Steering Committee and Project Team are able to track KPIs against the prototype baseline with a weekly cadence enabling effective decision making about the potential adoption of the prototype process to BAU. In addition, staff identifies five sources of variation in service quality: case manager skills and understanding of their roles/responsibilities; supervisory skills, i.e., ability to develop talent; ability to practice effective time management; effective use of technology; and consistent written guidelines for managers and case managers.
