As a Deputy Directory of the R&D team, I focused on helping Enovacom pivot to the cloud and integrate into Orange Business Services (OBS acquired Enovacom in February 2018, less than a year after Enovacom acquired Optiflows)With Surycat positioned as the leading cloud offer of Enovacom, I started other initiatives with the dev team — 50+ devs + 8 POs — so that some of the 10+ other product lines could follow the same direction and adopt similar practices.To support this effort I partnered with Amazon Web Services (France) to challenge the design of our infrastructures and find scalable and cost effective solutions.

I founded Optiflows with Christophe and David, December 2011.We focused on creating SURYCAT, our industrial-grade platform providing mobilization/alerting as a service for the manufacturing and healthcare markets. SURYCAT was designed to be simple to deploy and to use for professionals who got used to complexity! SURYCAT quickly became a leader in France and Western Europe:• 2012 referenced by major VARs and system integrators (NextiraOne, Orange Business Services)• 2014 1M€ sales revenue and a fund raising of 900k€• 2015 Labeled Pass French Tech• 2016 awarded by the French Minister of Health, Marisol Touraine (Prix Blaise Pascal)• 2017 SURYCAT known in France as the best alerting solution for health emergency situations (SOD, CBRN...)• 2017 (June) Acquired by EnovacomAs a CTO, I teamed up with talented people to design and develop a powerful microservices-based architecture (AWS, Docker, Python....).
