I served as the project manager for all creative and digital services. Our team created and built an integrated project management system to track and task all creative assignments. I served as project lead and web designer for the new external website rebuild, which includes data management and integrations.

I redesigned all marketing and promotional materials with a new brand strategy. I served as the primary web lead for all content updates and changes. I oversaw all social media platforms. I coordinated with the Human Resources Department with all onboarding needs, including photography, business cards, and news releases.

We built and maintained emergency medicine’s Intranet, a Wordpress based internal website. We consolidated eight different external division websites into one main website. I developed all web-based forms and other methods for data collection. I served as the creative director for The LeadER, an IU School of Medicine publication. I designed all print and electronic materials, including research posters, programs, and presentations. I sent and tracked all email communications. I managed all the technology for the department, including procurement, inventory, maintenance, and replacement of all computers, printers, and other capital assets.

In this graduate internship, I made edits and designed marketing materials, integrated forms, and helped coordinate the communications & marketing for Faculty Affairs and Development. Marketing materials include news articles, flyers, email marketing, and television imagery.

I worked with Undergraduate Admissions doing various tasks including phone calls, application verification, and scheduling.

Worked closely with advising, admissions, and disability services to provide students with information to prepare them to meet with student services.

I organized communication streams for prospective IUPUI students and updated records.
