Over 25 years of experience in the assessment of environmental impacts to terrestrial and wetland ecosystems, including fifteen years experience in the management and preparation of National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) documents. As part of a multi-disciplinary assessment team, manages and conducts on-site investigations and environmental siting studies, impact analyses, and prepares local, state, and federal licensing documents and environmental impact reports for and natural gas pipeline and liquefied natural gas facilities, electric transmission systems, and power generation facilities. Works with all levels of governmental agencies in identifying and evaluating environmental constraints and opportunities as they relate to specific projects and licensing requirements.As a Project Manager, responsible for preparation and tracking of project cost, labor hours, and schedule; technical and administrative management of multi-disciplinary project teams; regular communication with clients, and seamless execution of projects. As a NEPA Manager, assists lead Federal agencies, such as the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC), in meeting its obligations pursuant to the NEPA and working through all phases of the NEPA.Specialties: FERC Process, NEPA; Natural Gas, Electric Transmission, Solar; Project Management; Ecology.
