Directing and supervising channel development teams, assigning tasks, setting goals, and providing guidance for the effective completion of projects. Leading the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects related to channel development, ensuring the timely delivery of required technological solutions. Working closely with technology, design, marketing, sales, and other departments to ensure the coherence and success of channel development initiatives. Measuring channel performance, identifying areas for improvement, and making decisions based on objective information. Defining and measuring key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of the channels and making strategic adjustments as needed. Leading the launch of new channels and features, ensuring a smooth transition and appropriate communication to stakeholders. Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with technology and external service providers to ensure quality and compliance with agreements.Support Team: 1 Coordinator, 6 Supervisors
