Coordinate with Warehouse and Wharf Operations for the Foreign vessel’s Pre-arrival planning. Follow up consignees nominated local vessels to shipside, withdrawal plans, trucks, etc. Check the Storage Charges, Pro-rate Sharing, Polybags billing and monitoring and department requisitions.

Send out withdrawal Summaries to all consignees. Monitor Inventory level vs to serve allocations to the consignees. Reconcile records – withdrawals, transfers, incoming, discharging, borrowings, returns, advance pullouts. Responsible for the Modes of withdrawals, 90% Billing, 10% Billing, Import Wharfage, Final Outturn Report. Cater all the consignee’s concerns, requests, and inquiries to MGTI, vice versa. Prepare internal monthly and requested reports.

Supervise all the Planners under the assigned Division, review their outputs and second level of decision making whenever there are concerns cannot be resolved by themselves.Responsible for the ff. assigned reports:1. WOS RepNonrep Report (Weeks Of Supply) – All General Merchandise departments, monitors the stock level of each department in terms of weeks, updated weekly.2. SKU Rationalization – All Gen Merch depts, report and facilitates the clean-up of SKUs of alldepartments.3. Sales and Inventory Plan for opening new stores Consolidated Division ReportsHave also been both a Head Merchandise Planner and Replenishment planner at the same time for 6 months as 1st batch of company project to merge Planning and Replenishment. Responsible to repurchase items enrolled as auto-rep, follow up POs, monitor stock level, transfers, and resolve delivery and receiving concerns of auto-rep items.
