My early career was spent with Ingersoll Rand, at both Hussmann and Trane. In my time here, I was exposed to all business units including new equipment sales, construction projects, retrofits, and service delivery. Over time I gained deep knowledge of back office operations, asset planning, service management through building and driving strategic programs; as well as implementing and gaining field adoption nationwide programs around corporate initiatives and new technologies across North America related to all aspects of service delivery. At Tozour Energy Systems, I led the SMART Services department which is responsible for delivering connectivity enabled solutions in support of overall service delivery, construction, and warranty operations. In this role I sought to implement superior connectivity enabled service strategies that incorporate technology and data into a scalable and repeatable offering, and implement these offerings into all aspects of service. I connected hundreds of buildings as well as build strong processes around data-driven maintenance.Recruited to Key2Act to build the Professional Services department for Connect clients leveraging the skills and experience I have gained over my career to build a team to consult and train customers on how to successfully put data driven maintenance into practice with the Connect platform.I joined Cushman & Wakefield to lead the Technical Services department and develop strategic initiatives related to the client's scope of work. My responsibilities include directing 3 distinct account wide departments including a 24x7 Call and Command Center; Engineering support team responsible for the Building Automation System; and Infrastructure Support team responsible for asset management, a rigorous compliance program; and development of Emergency and Standard Operating Procedures.As a team leader I strive to motivate, empower, and develop; and insist on delivering high quality results.
