Flexxform is a manufacturer of child and adult sized soft seating for high traffic spaces. We source all components from the United States and Canada, and all manufacturing takes place at our factory in Winnipeg Canada. Almost all of our lines are available in a child and adult size, thus making all lounge areas inclusive. Design can be affordable!

As a strategic planner and thinker, I am directly responsible for planning and directing all aspects of the organizations operational policies, objectives, and initiatives. I focus on the ongoing, day-to-day management of the organizations business model and internal processes to ensure maximum productivity and revenue.

As a company we help people succeed through the realization of their potential in their own individuality. You may ask how we do this. Workplaces and educations facilities today are designed to accommodate certain of the four personality types and not the others. We analyze environments to make individuals successful inside their own personality. Most companies and educators are focused on pushing people into environments that they do not work well in. (ie: a person that has an analytical personality may not work or learn well in a collaborative environment.) There are many other things that affect the environment including the furniture, the colour of the rooms, the air quality, the lighting – we help in all those areas to make staff and students as productive and happy as possible.
