Upon entering I found a disorganized area, without planning of the tasks to be developed, without a clear work methodology with the system provider and users and with a very high level of incidents, resolving ad-hoc repeatedly. After 5 months there was a unique backlog of pending developments prioritized with the user’s consent, planned dates and a weekly work control meeting with the system provider and the user.
