• The BA role involves working with large companies across the EU region alongside a Project Manager or independently to manage end to end implementations and client expansions of the Fieldglass VMS Solution.
• Leading and participating in business requirements gathering sessions and design workshops with clients.
• Ensure that client configuration and business requirements documents are accurate, complete, and signed off by the client.
• Configuring the test and production environments; uploading data and conducting demonstrations for clients.
• Responding to client requests by staging data in test environments and performing appropriate tests to determine if ideas work, and then communicating results back to the client along with potential alternative.
• Working with the Integration team to build standard and custom integrations.

• I ran my own graphic design business for just over 2 years.
• I led projects from beginning to end, consulting with the client until work was signed off.
• A big part of the business was outsourcing elements like print, coding and marketing. LHGD has strong relationships with business in the Swansea area, who would often collaborate on projects.
• LHGD was a member of the Swansea Bay BNI group based out of the Village Hotel. We met weekly to pass business opportunities, made possible by the strong relationships built between peers.
• Part of the journey the business took allowed me to present regularly to audiences about useful tips in industry and weekly at the BNI meeting, about what LHGD could offer.
• I managed my time between networking, planning and completing work.
