• Led Mount Mercy’s Office of Communications & Marketing supporting university communications, marketing, and public relations.• Overhauled MMU’s enrollment marketing for undergraduate, accelerated, online and graduate recruiting. Achieved the largest enrollment in the school’s 90 year history for the 2015-16 year thorough collaborative campaign efforts leveraging direct mail, email, website mtmercy.edu, social media and campus visits. • Planned and executed outreach and marketing components for two new graduate degree programs: Master of Strategic Leadership and Master of Criminal Justice. • Designed and implemented the marketing plan for Home Field Advantage (HFA), a $15M capital campaign to fund construction of Mount Mercy’s first outdoor athletic complex. Pieces included brochures, pledge cards, letters, events, in-person meetings, web pages mtmercy.edu/homefield and videos. The HFA campaign achieved its goal of 100% private donation funding and fulfilled a Hall-Perrine Challenge match grant ahead of schedule.• Presented regularly and served as a resource to graduate and undergraduate level marketing and management students.
