As Training Manager in the telecommunications division of Samsung Electronics'm responsible for managing the resources allocated to fulfill this function, raising new and better options for the constant improvement of the area, along with a direct coordination with our strategic partners to support them in staff training in the proper use, handling and how.

In this position I was responsible for managing the training on brand products for the Carrier's Sales Force, addition to internal training for our staff. VIP clients were attending also as support for the use of their equipment. Additionally was responsible for the correct technical information equipment that was published in advertising material.

Responsible for managing all activities in points of sale of the operator and manages the work of all promoters assigned to this operator.

Distribution of publicity materials for POS, interlinking with managers of the points, gathering information and giving training on brand products to the Carrier's sales force.
