As a staging and design expert, I help real estate agents and home sellers get their properties sold faster and for more money.I'm not a staging company but something completely new and different.I meet with clients and walk through their houses room by room. I give them a blue print of changes to make in each room. I follow up, if necessary, to supervise the changes. My formula puts the power of staging in the hands of the sellers. By teaching them what to do and how to do it I save them thousands of dollars by not having to hire a staging company.The result is a clean, fresh, market-ready house sure to capture multiple buyers, sell much faster and sell for more money.

I helped pioneer home staging in St. Louis. Responsibilities included:-Previewing vacant houses to be staged-Conceptualizing furniture, furniture layout, accessories and accessory placement to be used in vacant houses-Selecting the color schemes, themes, furniture and accessories to be used in vacant houses from a warehouse-Directing moving crews-Executing the staging-Supervising a team of designers-Logistically planning the day, the week, of moves and pick-ups-Designing and executing builder model homes for most St. Louis area builders-Writing and designing scripts/speeches/marketing materials for the company-Participating in yearly showcase homes in the greater St. Louis metro areaThe volume of houses my team and I staged is in the thousands. Typically we staged 3 vacant houses a day. Live ins took a few days. Builder models took a week to stage once the designs and finishes were completed.

In my position of marketing communications I produced a wide variety of communications materials for the company and its wholesalers. This included sales programs, papers, videos and books.

Worked with A-B wholesalers in Northern California and surrounding states to increase their presence in their markets. Responsibilities included supervising a team of 4, calling on retail accounts to increase A-B sales, promotions, hand-on experience in retail stores and completing sales reports. In addition, we were available to the wholesalers for whatever projects they needed assistance on, the ultimate goal being to increase A-B market presence.
