- Qradar SIEM: Customize rules. - Event parsing and mapping.- Log source configuration.- Monitor and optimize Qradar operations.- Daily logs and offenses monitoring.- Prepare monthly security report.- Handling alerts and IOC scans.- Perform Qradar version upgrades and troubleshooting.

- Involve in government projects, FASTER and T3030.- QRadar SIEM: Review of user accounts, security access logs, system logs, event logs, security logs for any abnormal activities. Customize reports.- Prepare weekly security reports based on offenses and rules triggered.- Responsible for mitigating GITSIR alerts by government agencies.- Manage privileged system access using IBM PIM (Privileged Identity Manager).- Participate in the firewall rules review with the system and network engineers.- Handle scanning of IOCs (Indicators of compromise) in servers.- Experience in project management tools such as Jira and Repository tools such as TortoiseSVN. Vulnerability scanner such as Nessus. - Experience in IM8 audit.
