AboutHi, I am a Marketing and Innovation Specialist and the Founder and Principal Consultant of House Strategy. We help leaders and teams develop blueprints for customer engagement, build authentic brands, and fuel innovative capability transformations.As a Strategic Consultant, I guide healthcare, technology and B2B companies toward evolving capabilities, launching products, acquiring customers, and fostering loyalty. My approach is rooted in both behavioral science and customer-centric methodologies, ensuring that strategies are not only actionable but also accountable.I've built my practice to create the time and space for teams to share what they've learned and focus their ambitions on what they imagine next. From there, I tap into the vast context of a long career and engaged network to effectively build foundational tools and metrics.I attribute my success to an idea a leader of mine captured so well: "people tend to support what they help create." I live that by making sure stakeholders and customers feel heard, have the opportunity to test their hard-earned hypotheses, see their experience and ideas in the outcome, and know how to bring the strategy to life in their own work and lives. Strategy by edict is a risk; strategy by ownership is a shared commitment to progress.I recently co-authored a book on behavioral science for healthcare communicators called Why We Resist. I've spoken on podiums around the world about how to affect the changes in communications and patient support so many of us want to see become common ways of work. But, my ambition today isn't about me, it's about you. And the change we can create together.More about me (because getting to know people should be fun): - I have jumped out of several perfectly good airplanes and know how to pack my own parachute.- I love to tell stories that help people understand the humanity behind decision making.
