Joined pre-Seed as core team Associate, progressing through the company as Team Lead and then as Product Director to launch and establish a new business vertical (proSapient Surveys) in 2019. The vertical grew from a team of 2, into a profitable business with YOY growth, and a team of 10 commercial, operational and programming professionals across the US, UK, India and Ukraine under my leadership.The role spans operational optimisation, product development and revenue generation items, with responsibilities including; - fostering strategic relationships with client contacts to build a multi-million portfolio. - mapping near-and-long term risks and opportunities by leveraging the project and client data, in conjunction with conducting market research to inform operational roadmaps and market expansion strategies. - developing survey platform through a cross-function iterative build process in collaboration with engineering, commercial and finance teams. This included holding external and internal stakeholder user interviews, and low-fidelity prototyping. - launching a tailored project management platform that optimises the team’s ability to service clients. - overseeing the Survey team’s US expansion through effective recruitment, training, and team management.

From Associate I was promoted directly to Team Lead, with responsibilities including;- leading a team of 8 on due diligence and strategy research on fast-paced (<2 weeks) projects.- establishing a client portfolio from the ground up consisting of high-profile private equity, consulting and hedge fund clients.- promoting client retention through implementing project excellence frameworks, and facilitating consistent communication with key decision makers. - participating in strategic discussions with executive leadership team to ensure alignment between company objectives and account trends & performance.- coaching and upskilling team members to enable their professional growth and fulfilment.

Joined pre-Seed as a core team Associate. Supported due diligence and investment research with responsibilities including:- identifying and interviewing selected industry specialists on commercial and operational items and key challenges surrounding the investment opportunity.- negotiating with subject matter experts to incentivise them to onboard as deal advisors to client teams, in alignment with clients' project budgets.- facilitating close collaboration with team members to ensure rapid project turnaround.
