I am a Fellow of Engineers Australia, Chartered Professional Engineer and RPEQ with 25 years of experience in geotechnical site investigations, design, construction phase supervision, and research and academic work in Australia, UK, Singapore, and China. I am able to solve complex geotechnical problems based on my sound knowledge of geotechnical principles and able to provide practical solutions and value engineering. My main areas of competence include interpretation of geotechnical site investigation data, earthworks design, slope stability analysis, landslide investigations and treatments, geotechnical design of retaining walls including bored pile walls, soil nails/anchors, and RSS walls, railway formation, pile foundations, shallow foundations, instrumentation and monitoring, and geotechnical numerical modelling.
