Responsibilities & Achievement：1 Cost Management 1.1 Identify creative ways to reduce cost by streamlining processes and systems (e.g. modification of responsibilities or consolidation of tasks, elimination of non-value-added processes or complete re-engineering of processes and systems) 1.2 Utilize tools available to monitor departmental cost and cost trends, striving continuously to improve value 1.3 Provide feedback to peers (BUMs, WCMs, Functional Managers (FMs)) on cost and cost trends 1.4 Prepare timely forecasts for the department 1.5 Compare forward forecast results to historical actual results for trend assessment and analysis 1.6 Lean transformation 2 Leadership and People management responsibilities 2.1 Recruitment and Retention 2.1.1 Recruit, interview, and hire for Costing Accountant professional positions 2.1.2 Coach and mentor Costing Accountant professionals to deliver excellence to every internal and external customer 2.1.3 Create and manage succession plans for Accounting Finance function 2.2 Performance Management 2.2.1 Establish clear measurable goals and objectives by which to determine individual and team results (eg operational metrics, results against project timelines, training documentation, attendance records, knowledge of operational roles and responsibilities, personal development goals) 2.2.2 Drive individuals and the team to continuously improve in key operational metrics and the achievement of the organizational goals 2.3 Communication 2.3.1 Provide communication forum for the exchange of ideas and information with the department 2.3.2 Assess communication style of individual team members and adapt own communication style accordingly

Responsibilities & Achievement：1 Project Controlling: 1.1 Setting up and managing support standards covering project planning, tracking, reporting 1.2 Business Plan preparation for new project quotation and PCR changes 1.3 Creating figures based on the transparency of project implementation and leading 1.4 Monthly review regarding to foreseen quarterly and yearly financial performance; identify potential risks and setting back up targets to cover the risks 2 Budgeting and Forecasting 2.1 Produces consolidated reporting, including milestone summary, key issues, risks & potentials 2.1 Ensure compliance with the Company’s financial policies and procedures to include revenue recognition policies and project set up rules 2.3 Coordinate multi-units cooperation for financial related issue with company compliance policy, such as milestones, cash flow and project statues 2.4 Coordinate multi-units cost control, estimation change and delivery plan 2.5 Established department and overhead budget, define KPI and Action plan for coming year 3 Leadership 3.1 Develop and evaluate departmental staff work and development plans 3.2 Arrangements and review of the staff work 3.3 Responsible for organizing monthly and quarterly meetings with various functional departments
