Applying functional assays to brain organoids, including extracellular and whole cell patch electrophysiology and calcium imaging.3) Multimodal single-cell RNA and single-cell ATAC sequencing to understand the new markers and cell types of the central nervous system, including immune cells,fibroblast,and vascular cells.
