In a project-oriented-company in the field of metallurgical equipment, fully responsible for controlling the progress, cost and quality of projects; organizing and coordinating the resources from internal departments and communicating with headquarter and the customers, in order to meet the customers’ satisfaction.Project cost control- Responsible for controlling the cost of the entire process of each project, including design cost, procurement cost, internal manufacturing cost, logistic cost and other relevant cost.- Cooperating with cost estimation department to draw up project budget.- Coordinating design department and headquarter to do the reasonable localization of product components.- Coordinating internal function departments to set the “make or buy decision”.Project progress control- Responsible for controlling the progress of each project, to guarantee the delivery date according to the contract.- Cooperating with scheduling department to draw up “master schedule”.- Supervising the progress of each relevant function department.- Holding meeting for each project regularly; making sure the project progress is executed as per “master schedule”.- According to the actual request of delivery date from clients, based on the current manufacture status, cooperating the department to modify “master schedule” accordingly. Project quality control- Responsible for formulating the general quality plan of each project.- Cooperating with quality department to create the detailed quality control plan.- Coordinating and handling to solve the serious quality incidents.Coordinating and communicating with clients- Establishing good relationship with clients; organizing and coordinating the various meetings with clients; ensuring the with clients smoothly and effectively.- Responsible for reporting to clients, keeping clients updated about the status of project execution.- Respond to the requests from clients rapidly, effectively and sensibly.
