• On-boarding and providing Medium Enterprise companies on loan facilities• Products: Trade, Overdraft, Short Term Revolving Credit (RCF), Project Financing, Property Loan, Factoring• Referral Products: Hire Purchase

• Manage a portfolio of 50 SME customers on various banking facilities for their business growth• Provide consultancy and recommendation on suitable banking facilities based on customers’ requirement • Multiple products: Trade, Commercial Property loan, Business Term Loan and Contract Financing• Referral products: Hire Purchase and Factoring• Responsible for the growth of OCBC’s asset value and revenue within the portfolio• On-boarding of new customers in order to increase portfolio asset and revenue

• Assisting SME companies on Hire Purchase loan and business term loan applications• Preparing of loan reports and liaising with bank’s processing and risk department for loan approval• Analyse of customers’ financial strength and business growth potential in advising loan approval chances• Providing advisory role to customers on their future business development• Maintaining and growing of loan assets for existing portfolio of around 300 customers• Mentoring of new joiners in the department

• Assisting SME companies on Hire Purchase loan applications• A good knowledge of equipment and machinery that customers are purchasing• Maintaining good relationship with suppliers and customers for business referral• Liaising with suppliers (local and overseas) on invoicing details
