Nov. 2021 Promote to Senior Director and expand the role as Data Protection Officer (DPO) to lead privacy program design and implementation in Greater China;Continue to lead G. China E&C team, lead 11 professionals in policy development, training & communication, business partnership, event pre-approval and monitoring, 3rd party life-cycle management, investigation and remediation.- Expand compliance from ABAC to emerging areas, including 3rd party management, financial controls, data integrity, regulatory related issues, anti-trust, and global trade compliance;- Develop and deploy of digitization strategy in E&C function to improve efficiency and enhance monitoring, including visualized dashboards, event management in mobile phone platform, training and communication in short-video forms, etc.;- Actively engage in industry association, peer groups and legal and compliance external forums to promote ethics practice, communicate with regulators and learn from best practice.

- Lead Regional Compliance Officers to improve risk assessment, monitoring framework and guide in remediation actions for 3,500 personnel in sales & marketing functions in China, to address and mitigate FCPA risks;- Design and execute several compliance initiatives (e.g. centralized meeting service, visualized compliance risk package, risk alert system) to address FCPA risks, set up the monitoring & control framework over sales & marketing activities, interaction with customers/government officials, and 3rd party distributors and vendors; - Design compliance training and communication strategies, to enhance tone at the top, improve accessibility to managers at all level, and promote free-to-speak-up culture;- In OTC business unit and Animal Health business unit, lead compliance stewards to set up compliance governance and monitor system to improve risk transparency and risk mitigation.

- Lead a team in risk assessment and annual audit planning in APAC region for the world’s leading IT infrastructure and service provider;- Lead 50+ process reviews (e.g. project management, global HR process, global procurement process), compliance audits (e.g. FCPA, Export Compliance), and special projects (e.g. fraud investigation, data privacy review, outsourcing centers evaluation) in 10+ branches in UK, USA and various countries in Asia Pacific;- Simplify and improve regional deal review process for 100+ projects, amounting over USD 100 million.

- Lead in 20+ balance sheet reviews, SOX tests & operational reviews for eight (8) entities in various countries in Asia Pacific, simplify and improve procurement process, inventory management and due diligence process.

- Planned and lead 50+ audit engagements for more than twenty (20) clients in Asia-Pacific, including IPO (China Life, HuaNeng Power), statutory audits (Honeywell, Sohu.com), internal control review (Bank of China) etc.
