• Tech lead and software project manager to develop Diabetes insulin delivery system that uses BLE to interface with iOS and Android mobile apps to collect/send data to AWS cloud, as the entire Diabetes Management Eco-system. The efforts include plan, architecture design, communication protocol definition, usability design, code, test, resolve problems, document, and deliver software releases.• Managed globally distributed software development and test teams in US and India, working on 4 simultaneous projects at peak time in Agile environment. Created schedule and budge. • As device team lead of MPERS project, closely worked with back-end, IT network and customer support to design, develop and integrate the class II medical devices to private cloud for uploading PERS data through Cellular technology. Also defined respective communication protocol.• Core engineer to develop interconnected solution for GoSafe and HomeSafe two class II medical devices, which won 2014 iF Product Design Awards, from concept to production. The efforts were: o Designed and developed event-driven real-time multi-threading FSM framework for high- performance and low power consumption embedded ARM system. o Designed and implemented SIP and XMPP clients in the device communicating to remote server utilizing Cellular module and TCP/IP stack. o Designed and integrated fall detection and Intelligent Bread-crumbing algorithms for locating the user who needs help. Also firmware solution of power management, so that device can work for whole week without charging. o Chose 3G HSPA+ cellular module and support to compliance testing, including, EMC/EMI, FCC and AT&T certification. Also provided firmware support to high volume manufacturing process.

• Software lead to develop Home Monitoring Unit for SafetyNet project. o Managed engineers from project point of view.
