-Manage sea import shipment (FCL/LCL) and air import shipment from origin to UK-Check original shipping documents for import process-Classification and commodity code check-Give instruction to the warehouse and clearance agent for the import process-Arrange custom clearance for sea import (FCL/LCL) (ASM system/ Destin8) and air import-Arrange deliveries from seaport (FXT,LIV,SOU) to client’s warehouse-Arrange delivery from airport/ cargo warehouse to client-Prepare delivery notes and instruct warehouse for delivery-Tracking of shipments, update shipment details with shipping line-Creation of job files on internal systems, pass supplier invoice to accounts for payment-Deal with customer and overseas partner queries-Arrange air/sea/road export from Suppliers to required destinations-worldwide-Prepare custom clearance for air/sea/road export

 Arrange shipment with different logistics services providers Manage cross-border export shipments and handle full set of shipment documents  Coordinate with headquarters for the follow up of sales orders to ensure the projection of inventory fulfils the demands of internal standards and expectations Maintain good customer service and relationship with internal & external clients

 Handle all-rounded order processing and logistics duties to ensure smooth and just-in-time shipment Work closely with 3PL for daily logistic and warehouse operation Support on reporting, prepare and review monthly supply chain and inventory reports Manage and perform all aspects of daily warehouse and logistics operations
